Virtual employees are working on remote basis and these are the freelance employees. These steps can be done in a clear technique of the
performance management for the virtual employees. Encouraging on the benefits
of the performance management can make sure the clear participation of the
virtual employees. It needed to have the
clear steps which the employees are liking in getting success in the process
